This is an option for follow-up appointments only. This is for very brief check-ins for established patients when a full in-person follow-up is not warranted. This appointment time will vary between 10-15 minutes. We will call you. Please make sure to be available and ready to answer your phone at the number we have on file for you at the time of your scheduled appointment
