Effective March 30, 2025, we will no longer be contracted with or bill health insurance for office visits.
It is up to each patient to check with their individual insurance plan to see if they are eligible for out-of-network benefits and to self-submit each to their insurance for reimbursement. There is not a way for us to check if you are eligible for insurance reimbursement; Only your insurance can tell you that.
Payment for all appointments is due at the time of service and any insurance reimbursement would occur between the patient and their insurance company.
